Finished jogging around 1930 just now. I’m still running for two rounds only, so I think by next week or so, might be three or four rounds. : )
Other than that, I’m training my upper body and lower body in alternate days. Upper body consisting pull ups (DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE MY FRIEND’S PULL UP), Push ups, Crunch, and these which I’ve not done them yet, swimming and cycling.
When I say pull up, it isn’t just doing a set of 9 pull ups or what. He would train me to do 3 pull ups, 2 sets, with SIX, yes, I repeat, SIX DIFFERENT WAY OF PULLING UP. So count that to 18. TAKE THAT GOLD MEDALIST. Hahaha. But I’m still not doing the proper way, just doing 90 degrees elbow and kept using my legs to force me up. Need more training.
For push up… I did only 2-2-1-2, three times. But my way of push up should be 5-5-3-3-4, twice or thrice. Twice first probably. Because my body’s just starting to do all these. So yeah…
Tomorrow’s plan is… Supposedly swimming… But most of my friends aren’t able to come… Hmm… If not, probably do upper body exercise as per normal…
